Sima Ngqeza is the Director responsible for Human Resources and Client Relations, bringing a strong and practical foundation in human resources management to the business. With many years of experience in the field, Sima has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and practices that support employee engagement, operational efficiency, and sustainable productivity. Sima’s experience includes conflict resolution, talent acquisition, employee relations and the development of positive workplace cultures. Known for a balanced and people centred approach, Sima remains committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and professionally managed work environment that benefits both employees and the organisation.

OFFICE MANAGER & TRAINING COORDINATOR
Pamela Kaseke holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Sociology from Africa University, Zimbabwe. She began her professional career in Business Operations within the Construction Industry, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational processes and operational efficiency. She subsequently expanded her expertise through extensive experience in Human Resources Administration and financial processes within a boutique consultancy environment. With a strong background in research, administration, and business operations, Pamela currently serves as both Office Manager and Training Manager. In this dual role, she plays a pivotal part in ensuring that the organisation operates with the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and efficiency. She is also instrumental in supporting the continuous development of staff and coordinating the delivery of high-quality labour law training tailored to clients' operational requirements. Her ability to effectively balance operational oversight with people development enables her to contribute significantly to organisational success while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

DIRECTOR
Petra co-founded SCI Attorneys with a focus on labour law, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. She holds a BA and LLB from WITS and was admitted as an attorney in 2010. Petra has extensive experience advising clients on employment law, HR compliance, and commercial matters across multiple sectors. She is skilled in dispute resolution, policy development, and organisational change, and is known for delivering excellence in legal services and client experience through her strategic insight and people-first mindset.
