Sima Ngqeza is the Director responsible for Human Resources and Client Relations, bringing a strong and practical foundation in human resources management to the business. With many years of experience in the field, Sima has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and practices that support employee engagement, operational efficiency, and sustainable productivity. Sima’s experience includes conflict resolution, talent acquisition, employee relations and the development of positive workplace cultures. Known for a balanced and people centred approach, Sima remains committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and professionally managed work environment that benefits both employees and the organisation.
PAMELA KASEKE
OFFICE MANAGER & TRAINING COORDINATOR
Pamela Kaseke holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Sociology from Africa University, Zimbabwe. She began her professional career in Business Operations within the Construction Industry, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational processes and operational efficiency. She subsequently expanded her expertise through extensive experience in Human Resources Administration and financial processes within a boutique consultancy environment. With a strong background in research, administration, and business operations, Pamela currently serves as both Office Manager and Training Manager. In this dual role, she plays a pivotal part in ensuring that the organisation operates with the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and efficiency. She is also instrumental in supporting the continuous development of staff and coordinating the delivery of high-quality labour law training tailored to clients' operational requirements. Her ability to effectively balance operational oversight with people development enables her to contribute significantly to organisational success while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Petra Perold is the Founder and Director of LionRock Labour Attorneys & Consultants, a specialist employment and labour law practice providing strategic legal and employee relations advice to employers across a range of industries.
Petra holds a BA and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University) and was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2010. She has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on employment law, labour relations, workplace investigations, governance, employee relations, and organisational change. Her expertise includes disciplinary and incapacity processes, misconduct investigations, retrenchments, executive employment matters, restraint of trade disputes, collective labour relations, and strategic workplace risk management.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Petra is a CEDR Accredited Mediator, enabling her to combine legal expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution. Her experience as both an attorney and mediator allows her to assist clients in navigating complex workplace disputes while balancing legal, commercial, and people considerations.
